Terms
What ipop provides
ipop gives your workspace AI-agent tools for marketing operations, research, drafting, analytics, and approved publishing. You are responsible for the goals, inputs, accounts, and approvals you provide.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep account details accurate, protect credentials, and do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, spam, malware, or rights-infringing activity. We may restrict access when safety, security, or legal risk requires it.
Approvals, spend, and third-party services
Money movement and external publishing require the product's approval gates where configured. Third-party platforms, ad networks, payment processors, and model providers may apply their own terms and fees.
Customer content and outputs
You keep ownership of content you provide. Outputs are generated from your instructions and connected tools; review them before relying on them, publishing them, or using them in regulated contexts.
Billing, refunds, and support
Paid plans, budget caps, refunds, and support response targets are described before checkout and on the refund policy page. Approved third-party spend may not be refundable.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Questions go to support@ipop.ai.
