    We use data to create accounts, operate workspaces, respond to messages, provide support, secure the service, measure product health, process billing, and improve agent workflows.

  • Connected tools and processors

    When you connect external tools, ipop uses the granted access to perform requested work. Payment, hosting, analytics, email, and model providers process data for us under their own processor terms.

  • Marketing contact and consent

    Contact and signup forms ask for consent before we store and use your details to reply. You can opt out of marketing or request deletion by contacting support@ipop.ai.

  • Security and retention

    We use workspace isolation, scoped credentials, approval gates, and audit logs. We keep personal data only as long as needed for the service, legal obligations, security, and customer support.

  • Your choices

    You can request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction of personal data by emailing support@ipop.ai. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
