Launch readiness

What is live, what is dogfood, and what still needs a real connector.

The product should show receipts instead of vibes. This readout separates real billing and agent work from demo data, and names the operator lane that lets the owner use Codex without pretending a ChatGPT subscription is a backend API key.

Real pricing in the product

The public plans match the billing catalog: Starter $49, Pro $199, Agency $499. Each plan carries agent seats and a monthly session cap so upgrade moments can point at the exact value unlocked.

  • Starter: 5 agent seats, $200 monthly session cap
  • Pro: 10 agent seats, $1,000 monthly session cap
  • Agency: 30 agent seats, $5,000 monthly session cap

Dogfood handoff, not hidden credential use

Operator lane

Agents can package implementation work for the owner's connected agent runtime and ingest the returned PR, files, tests, and risks as an audited artifact. The production backend does not store or impersonate the owner's model-provider session.

Live

Real production code path with a receipt from the app, API, checkout, or connector.

Dogfood

Work the fleet is doing for this product in the owner's workspace.

Demo

Sample rows or scripted site visuals, clearly marked as non-customer proof.

Blocked

Needs a connected provider, relay host, or owner approval before it can be called live.

Pricing questions

What does it cost, and what's the difference between Starter and Pro?

Start, no card. Starter is $49/month for a daily checkup on one campaign: site read, quick-win plan, one usable draft, five agent seats, a $200 monthly work cap, approvals, and the audit trail. Pro is $199/month for the everyday growth room: ten seats, a $1,000 monthly work cap, three campaign lanes, priority autonomy, and deploy-to-live. Upgrade when the first lane is working and you want more departments moving without waiting in line.

What do priority autonomy and deploy-to-live mean?

Priority autonomy means Pro work gets a larger budget and earlier background-run capacity, so agents can keep planning, drafting, and checking without you restarting every step. Deploy-to-live means approved site or venture changes can move from preview to the live customer URL through the product flow, with receipts and rollback paths instead of a manual handoff.
