Beta terms

ipop.ai is an early beta Mac app. By downloading or using it, you agree to use it carefully, supervise the actions it takes on your Mac, and understand that beta software can fail.

Beta status

The product may change quickly, contain bugs, lose context, misunderstand requests, or produce incorrect AI outputs. Do not use it for sensitive, dangerous, regulated, or irreversible workflows without independent review.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accounts, API keys, CLI sessions, files, apps, and websites you connect to ipop.ai. Review important actions before relying on them.

Third-party services

The beta may use providers you configure, including speech, AI model, coding agent, analytics, and hosting services. Your use of those services is also governed by their terms.

Payments

The launch beta is free. Paid hosted credits, subscriptions, refunds, and account billing are not live unless explicitly offered through an official ipop.ai checkout flow.

No warranty

ipop.ai is provided as-is during beta, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ipop.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from beta use.
