Plain terms before you pay

No mystery policy hidden after checkout. Here is how refunds, billing support, and response times work for paid ipop customers.

Refund policy

  • 14-day first-charge refund window

    If your first paid workspace cannot deliver the promised starter work, contact support within 14 days of the charge. We will either help unblock the fleet or process a refund through the money-approval path.

  • Human-reviewed money actions

    Refunds are never fired automatically by an agent. They are recorded, reviewed, and approved by a human with the amount visible before money moves.

  • Support SLA

    We acknowledge customer support requests within one business day. Billing, access, and live-work blockers are prioritized first.

  • What is not refundable

    Approved third-party spend, completed custom services, abuse, fraud, and repeated policy violations are not refundable. We will still provide receipts and a clear explanation.
